6 steps to replace the tires of the off-road forklift:

1.Preparation: Park the rough terrain forklift on a flat, stable surface, and ensure that the handbrake is securely engaged. If the tires are pneumatic, release the air from the tires.

2.Remove the Old Tire: Using a wrench or pneumatic wrench, loosen the nuts counterclockwise. Before removing the nuts, it's advisable to use a jack to lift the forklift off the ground, making the tire easier to remove.

3.Take Off the Tire: Once all nuts are removed, the tire can be easily taken off the axle. For larger off-road forklifts, specialized tools and equipment may be required to handle heavy-duty tires.

4.Install the New Tire: Place the new tire onto the tire stand, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the hub. Then, tighten the nuts one by one, and finally, use a torque wrench to ensure they are correctly tightened.

5.Inflate Pneumatic Tires: If using pneumatic tires, use an air pump to inflate the tire to the recommended pressure level. You can find the correct pressure values in the forklift's technical manual or on the tire itself.

6.Check and Adjust: After installing the new tire, ensure that all parts are correctly installed and secured. Lower the forklift using the jack, allowing the new tire to make contact with the ground. Then, check if the tire is installed correctly and if the hub shows no abnormal looseness.

Note: If you are not familiar with tire replacement or if the forklift is large, it is recommended to have the procedure performed by professional technicians or maintenance services. This ensures the safety and correctness of the tire replacement process.
